As a company rooted in the outdoors, #EarthDay isn't once a year for us – it's daily. The environment is one of our most important stakeholders, and our sustainability work is vital not only to the sport, but to our communities and team members as well. We're proud of our continued progress and to our dedicated teams who lead the way in grassroots efforts like Vermont Green Up Day, Whistler Blackcomb Earth Week 2024, and more. We also reported earlier this year that we are on track to reach a zero net operating footprint by 2030. Learn more about our Environmental and Social Responsibility work: https://bit.ly/44eqh3u

To create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests, we first need to create an Experience of a Lifetime for our team members. That means taking care of one another. We continue to invest in work that destigmatizes mental health and provides access to mental health resources in our mountain communities. Our commitment to mental health is the cornerstone of Epic Wellness, which today was recognized by the Mountain Travel Symposium with their Summit Award. Epic Wellness aims to make access to mental health care easy, affordable and practical. Led by Dr. Corey Levy and Alexis Ramirez, LPC, Epic Wellness provides free therapy for employees, their dependents and household members, like roommates, on day one of employment, expansive therapy options, wellness coaching, and much more. Congratulations to our Epic Wellness team for this recognition!
