About the Role

The Analytics Manager (AM), Marketplace, will build, run, and maintain supply and demand planning models that guide the evolution of our marketplace. In addition, the AM will oversee product performance and marketplace health and will feed insights and opportunities for improvement to the product, operations, and growth teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build, run, and maintain dynamic supply and demand planning models with inputs from various internal teams and data sources to:

- inform required supply level of Pals by location to deliver the right levels of demand today and in the future

- inform member enrollment targets by location to deliver financial growth targets whilst ensuring 100% visit attainment

- inform required acquisition spend budget for financial planning

  • Build and maintain product performance dashboards, analyze data and identify insights and areas of opportunity

  • Build marketplace health dashboards utilizing Looker or other data visualization tools and provide actionable recommendations to achieve marketplace balance

  • Act as a thought partner for growth, product, design, and other key functional teams

  • Proactively identify and explain trends in data, and measure impact and effectiveness of features and experiences

  • Routinely communicate metrics, trends, and other key indicators to leadership

  • Manage the development of data resources, gather requirements, organize sources, and support product launches

  • Track team OKR attainment

Requirements

  • Non-hierarchical, with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves, multitask and dive into details

  • A lack of ego, driven by group outcome, not the individual outcome

  • Strategic thinker and highly analytical

  • Expertise with SQL (and relational databases), G Suite, and data visualization tools such as Looker for data exploration and ad hoc analysis

  • Experience operating under OKR methodology

  • Well developed communication skills, ability to explain complex problems, and to share and visualize findings with stakeholders in product, growth, operations, finance, sales, and executive management teams

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and juggle between multiple priorities, leading high-quality work and adhering to tight deadlines
