We are looking for a Director of Business Intelligence & Data to drive new growth and initiatives across LeadIQ.
The Director will be responsible for the long term planning, growth and deliverables of the team that provides competitive intelligence to Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Product, Strategic initiatives and other departments to drive growth through unbiased data analysis, operational analytics and owns the centralized data system at LeadIQ.
The Role
You will have 3 areas of ownership:
Business Intelligence/Data analysis: support a data driven culture by enabling LeadIQ with intuitive analysis and visualizations that promote a self service data culture and democratization of data.
Manage and improve the Modern Data Stack with an emphasis on SQL based modelling and software engineering best practices.
Operational Analytics: create the System of Record for LeadIQ within the Cloud Data Warehouse and enable business strategy and efficiency by operationalizing the data (ie. Modelling data to be used in other systems like salesforce and managing pipelines to push it from the warehouse).

Salesforce, Outreach, AtriumHQ, Clipwise, LeanData, Hubspot, LeadIQ, Chargebee, Mixpanel, DBT, Stitch, Hightouch, Tableau, Redshift
The Person
8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a SaaS company
Proven track record of hiring and managing a team of exceptional data analysts and engineers
Familiarity and knowledge of the modern data stack including;
Operational analytics and reverse ETL
Software best practices related to data
Importance of DBT and how to use it
Prior experience working with different departments in an organization and understanding of key metrics to track across each (Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, etc)
Excellent communication skills. Ability to work across multiple functions to successfully execute projects in collaboration with other department leaders
Expert level SQL
Nice to Have
Background and experience in finance analytics
Prior experience working with a Freemium product in a PLG organization
Software Engineering background with a strong understanding of version control and documentation importance
