What We Are Looking For

ThirdLove is currently seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to lead its Data team. We are growth-focused and excited to find someone who can encompass all aspects of business, data, and technology to help us shape the future of ecommerce. In this role you’ll drive innovation across all areas of the company, specifically in our size/style recommendation algorithms to take our Fit FinderⓇ technology to the next level. You will use your analytical background to discover patterns of customer behavior, value, campaign performance and marketing results to drive personalization across all customer touch points. 

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference

• Lead and grow our data and analytics team, developing their analytic abilities and leadership skills.
• Own several areas: engagement and digital economy optimization, customer profiling, spender profiling, behavioral analysis, data strategy and analytic approaches
• Strategic analysis and insights into our market opportunities within existing and potential new analytics and data markets
• Research competitive products and business strategies to determine how we drive unique value and sustainable market advantages
• Propose disruptive product strategies to solve our customer problems in unique ways 
• Collaborate with design, planning and engineering teams to optimize our Fit Finder size/style recommendations and analyze client behavior

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in analytics or product management/marketing/strategy 

• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across the organization to drive results
• Knowledge in utilizing BI tools, such as Snowflake and Looker
• Ability and desire to dig into databases and produce insights on current situations, new opportunities, and product performance
• Required: Proficient in tools such as R, Python, and SAS. 
• Preferred: Experience with SQL.  
• Experience and passion for e-commerce and growth-focused direct to consumer brands 
• Extremely flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
