POSITION SUMMARY

The goal of the Revenue Operations & Strategy team is to build the foundation of our internal systems and processes, scale these systems, and improve efficiencies across the board while driving the business forward. The team blends high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution to propel the company to grow and scale well, with a strong focus on analytical and quantitative thinking. We are a team of problem-solvers, where all challenges are met with enthusiasm and open minds. 

The team works cross-functionally across the company, particularly with marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and product. This is an opportunity to influence how we build our analytics XYZ worldwide and contribute to a highly productive, data-driven, and analytical team. We are looking for someone who excels at managing people, enjoys projects with tight deadlines, thrives in a fast paced environment, and loves building and iterating on how we scale the organization.

The Director, Revenue Analytics role is responsible for managing the Analytics team, owning the data systems architecture (ETL, Data Warehousing, BI, etc), and driving business insights. The role will also play an integral role in executive level presentations -- from executive QBRs to Board decks. The Director, Revenue Analytics will report directly to the VP of Revenue Operations & Strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead team of analytics engineers & analysts - marketing, sales/cs, and technical 
    • Scope complex business problems and structure analyses in order to drive decisions and inform strategic initiatives, goals, and priorities
    • Drive cross functional partnerships across the organization to solve business problems and accelerate growth
    • Create, maintain and deliver on data & insights roadmap to drive business value and provide visibility to stakeholders
    • Enable data democratization while enforcing data & standardization guardrails 
    • Own data integrity - working closely w systems team when processes need to update
    • Major contributor to strategic presentations for executive QBRs, sales kick offs, and board presentations

ABOUT YOU

    • 10+ years of Data & Analytics experience at high growth technology companies
    • Deep expertise in analytics data architecture & tooling (ETL, Data Warehousing, BI, etc) 
    • Advanced SQL for analytics applications a plus
    • Python experience a plus
    • Experience with DBT a plus
    • Expert analytical skills - proficient in modeling complex problems
    • Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with senior management
    • Expert critical thinking and problem solving skills
    • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and separate out the urgent & important from the day to day requirements from the noise
    • Strong work ethic and desire to work together with the team to solve complex problems with a positive attitude
    • Thrive in action-oriented, fast paced, global environment
    • Self-starter that thrives taking a high level problem statement and diving into all the details

The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  The compensation package for this position also includes a commission/variable component, which is based on performance, plus equity, and benefits.
