We are looking for a Finance Analyst to analyze the projects and company financial performances. You will report to the Head of FP&A.
Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly closing with the Accounting team to populate the presentation template and dashboards for Department Heads and Top Management
Provide insightful analysis on the overall company financial performance
Identify key data sources and utilize data-driven insights about important departmental metrics to improve business decisions
Identify cost revenue optimizations opportunities
Participate to the evolution of the cost center structuring strategy
Participate to due diligence analysis with the Investments team
Provide games’ financial performance conclusions
Implement relevant tools for the division, to collect data, streamline data processing and give access to modern presentations of the selected key metrics to stakeholders
Ad-hoc requests
Prepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested
Requirements
Bachelor degree
5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a complex, project-based industry
Astonishing Data Analysis skills
Strong financial modeling skills
Great understanding of accounting and cash flows principles
Tech-savvy and at ease with new technology usage and implementation
Continuous learner aware of best practices and trends

Passionate about web3.0/blockchain/NFT gaming space
Know how to multitask and prioritize work in a remote and globally distributed team
