The Growth team at SoLo drives growth through strategic product and market expansion, movement-building, and experimentation. We are the connective tissue between the tools, technology, product, engineering, and data driving growth of the SoLo ecosystem. The Growth Analyst will help make growth and the analysis of growth more effective and efficient. They will be a trusted partner to the Director of Growth, and will play a central role in establishing, maintaining and leveraging growth analysis tools. The Analyst will conduct in-depth analyses to deepen our understanding of our users and their behavior, and ultimately increase funding activity. This will include: defining metrics strategy, developing robust pipelines of high quality data, discovering actionable insights, and working with the business to put insights into practice.
What You'll Do
- Be a driving force in architecting our ecosystem of growth-oriented tools
- Manage and maintain, with engineering support, all growth data sources (attribution, behavioral, consumer)
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis, from inception and exploration to visualization and reporting
- Develop and maintain Growth KPIs
- Reconcile data between various systems, and drive improvements in the connection of various data sources
- Be a champion for data quality, focused on building and contributing to growth data systems that ensure accuracy
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with attribution tools (Kochava, Appsflyer, Branch, or similar) and data (paid, organic, digital, etc.)
- Experience with Product Analytics tools (Mixpanel or similar)
- Experience with other growth-related tools, such as Talon.One, Braze, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with real time product/consumer data visualization and performance marketing analytics
- Ability to take vague requirements and transform them into concise deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau
- Experience with Segment or other CDP
