Plaid is looking for a Product Manager to help with our efforts in ensuring that the data products that enable Plaid and our customers to shape the future of financial services are of the highest quality. Data quality and reliability is critical to the long-term success of our business, and to our mission to unlock financial freedom for everyone. In this role, you'll work very closely with our engineering and financial access teams, as well as teams that help provide visibility into our customers, financial partners, and end users in order to understand their needs, prioritize efforts, and deliver the best possible outcomes that create the highest value for them.

Primary focus of the role will be to expand and improve our product offerings in the Investments and Liabilities space, as well as facilitate our push into the Canadian market.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define Core Data Access KPIs and OKRs and develop dashboards and infrastructure to track them
  • Partner with go-to-market teams and engage with customers to develop a deeper understanding of product requirements
  • Identify and define product enhancements and work with engineering teams to implement them
  • Develop broad context with internal and external stakeholders to provide clarity among competing initiatives, and prioritize accordingly
  • Find and solve operational inefficiencies with high leverage tools, frameworks and processes
  • Help create short and long term strategies that will create high-impact outcomes for the organization by working with various stakeholders

  • Track record of timely technical delivery and business impact
  • Obsession with understanding customer needs and putting the customer first
  • A self-motivated, goal oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience is a plus
