ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a RX Analyst to join our data team. We are a fast growing team and you will have the chance to work on a wide range of products related to pharmaceuticals and benefits. You will contribute to building out our proprietary Vertical Pharmacy Engine, working in close partnership with product, tech, member experience, and pharmacy operations.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building analytical frameworks (data models, metrics, dashboards) and insights to evaluate the performance of Calibrate’s pharmacy functions and inform strategy.

Projects you will build and work on:

• Partnering with Pharmacy team to define and measure KPIs of the Vertical Pharmacy Engine
• Quantitative optimization of authorization approval and benefit/cost share determination
• Construct internal prescription volume and queue reporting to drive efficiency and project capacity requirements
• Build out medication analytics data to enable partner self service via BI tooling and clean, interpretable data

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and structuring our pharmacy related tables
• Evaluating and monitoring pharmacy vendor performance
• Iterating with operational partners on dashboard and reporting requirements
• Analyzing historical pharmacy claim trends to determine program impact
• Being the subject matter expert of our pharmacy data

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years in a RX (pharma or benefits) analytics or data role, preferably at a high-growth start-up
• Advanced experience with SQL and BI tools (we use  Looker)
• Experience with displaying and visualizing data for non-technical users
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with members across the organization
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems in logical and innovative ways
