As a Senior Consultant of Analytics at Mammoth Growth, you will be expected to directly lead a team of analytics engineers and bi analysts on projects with our high growth and fast paced clients, bring fresh ideas and direct the strategy that makes our critical data analysis drive growth for our clients. We do our work in a modern data stack environment, working with the best tools in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize and deliver professional services on a cross-section of complex client businesses and data-driven engineering and analytics projects 
  • Serve as the key point of contact with client stakeholders to manage the day-to-day relationship and mechanics for the engagement
  • Learn the client’s overall data and martech infrastructure to become the internal expert on the client’s current data landscape, opportunities, and business objectives
  • Own the business requirements discovery process for each new initiative, including meeting with client stakeholders to identify and document the business use case and business spec and drafting dashboard wireframes where required 
  • Secure client sign-off on project goals, weekly deliverables, specs and mock-ups, and hold all team members accountable to the agreed upon scope
  • Own all project management duties, including timely execution of meeting minutes, agendas, and all sprint and backlog management tasks
  • Keep the project on scope and proactively monitor billed hours against the SOW plan
  • Coaching/mentoring of project team members to continually improve the quality of the work being produced and the overall efficiency of the team

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years in a consulting, technical or cross-functional leadership role; focusing on data analytics, engineering, marketing, product development
  • Proven expertise with modern data visualization tools to derive actionable insights
  • Minimum of 2 years experience using SQL for data analysis
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Previous experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs
  • Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business

Nice to Haves:

Previous professional services or consulting experience

  • Experience applying data driven decision making to marketing and growth functions
  • Experience using or designing marketing attribution systems
  • Experience with two or three sided marketplace businesses
