ABOUT THE JOB

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to work remotely, helping to drive the growth of our mobile word games.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• ANALYSIS
  • Help us build our data analysis capabilities and processes for our portfolio of new and legacy games
  • Become an expert on all of our collected data
  • Share insights, visualizations, and reporting with product, engineering, user acquisition, accounting and other internal and external partners
  • Ensure data implementation of events and parameters are standardized across apps for maximum scalability
  • Analyze player behavior and other data using our analytics platforms and general tools such as SQL and Tableau
  • Model and project player LTV and ROAS

• VISUALIZATION AND REPORTING
  
  • Ownership of KPI reporting
  • Develop and maintain standards for visualizations, reporting, and ETL processes, making sure data is consistent and accurate
  • Work with stakeholders to identify required outputs to help clearly answer questions and drive decisions, both ongoing and ad-hoc
  • Build Tableau dashboards

• ENGINEERING
  • Work with game engineers and quality specialists to consistently monitor and improve our data
  • System documentation
    
  • Design and optimize database administration tasks including configuration management, backup/recovery, performance tuning, monitoring and space management
  • Coordinate and participate in database stress testing and make recommendations for improvements
