Bolt is hiring a Sr. Associate, Customer Analytics to join our Customer Analytics team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Analytics, this role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to derive insights and implement scalable programs. The Sr. Associate will be expected to have a deep understanding of Bolt’s merchant data and be able to create complex queries to gain insights.
This team supports Customer Success Managers by leveraging storytelling with data to prove the value of Bolt to merchants. This is also a cross-functional role where the Sr. Associate will be expected to influence and support initiatives across the Go-to-Market function. The role may also require attending calls/meetings with key customers from Mid-Market to Strategic accounts.
