Job Summary: 
The Senior Director, Advocacy Data Sourcing is accountable for partnering with Third Party Vendors (Payors, Point Solution vendors, etc.) for leading and managing all business/ functional and implementation aspects of data required for Sharecare digital and advocacy solutions. This person will oversee the day-to-day data sourcing activities of the Implementation team providing leadership support and guidance to work through partner challenges and internal barriers.

This person will manage legal agreement processes in support of the 
data sourcing. This person will work collaboratively with other Sharecare internal teams such as Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Product & Technology, Data Governance & Quality Assurance. This person will create repeatable processes for Data Sourcing and other artifacts for supporting quality and efficiency. This person must be able to present and communicate appropriate amounts of information at the “C” level.

The successful candidate will be able to proactively establish and foster collaborative partnerships with vendors, account managers, product and tech, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in partner-facing roles and must have the ability to provide oversight to multiple data sourcing tasks in a timely manner to support multiple projects run concurrently. The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience with multiple file formats such as JSON, 834, 837, txt, csv, etc.
• Basic understanding of ETL
• Basic understanding of API
• Basic understanding of SSO
• Experience with transactional data exchange 

Essential Job Functions: 

• Provide leadership and management for advocacy data sourcing activities
• Provide input into project plans, ensuring the team delivers on project objectives for advocacy data 
sourcing with quality
• Highly valued by executives to provide credible face to face briefings on data sourcing progress
• Be a trusted advisor to executive management on data sourcing priorities and options.
• Demonstrate data sourcing management excellence and support cross functional teams.
• Perform in a consultative role to provide options for clients and business

owners.
• Engage the team as needed in the development of project schedules for data sourcing tasks based on properly defined scope, resource requirements, and decisions and availability.
• Recruit, develop and retain talented staff as needed to achieve responsibilities.
• Oversees effective synergies across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain Data Sourcing best practices, tools, artifacts, and processes.
• Attend client site visits and as required.
• Traveling as business needs required.
 
Information Governance Accountabilities: 
• A high-level understanding of the organization’s information governance program and role-specific accountabilities.
• A thorough understanding of role requirements, including policies, procedures, and processes, to include how individual work impacts the organization and its strategic and financial goals; and how tasks and projects affect the integrity of the organization’s data and information.
• Commitment to discuss questions and recommendations about processes and any observed variations in performing tasks to ensure a standardized approach to work and services provided.
• Participation in education as required for corporate compliance and role-specific functions and tasks.


HIPAA/Compliance: 
• Maintain privacy of all patients, employees, and volunteer information and access such information only on a need-to-know basis for business purposes.
• Comply with all regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations.
• Report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activity.
• Maintain current and yearly HIPAA certification.

Qualifications: 
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data sourcing/ project management required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in healthcare-related field.
• Prior job experience specific to implementing new technology, managing teams, and/or processes preferred.
• Strong client facing skills and commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Certifications in project management, product development lifecycle, or process management are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate written business definitions and documents.
• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary for communication with patients/clients, providers, and other staff.
