I'm grateful to The ChannelPro Network  for the chance to share some advice on how to build strong channel programs, even in a harsh economic climate. It starts with investing in areas that will increase value for partners and customers, like building out self-service tools and establishing meaningful relationships driven by data and insights. Balancing the art with the science is both the challenge and the opportunity. Check out the article here:

👏 A big round of applause to our #AppfireTown Tanzania volunteers! Since 2022, Appfire Town volunteers have been driving positive change in Moshi, Tanzania. 👉 Here's a look at their journey: ➡️ 2022: The beginning Appfire team member Elena Cantero Alonso initiated the program's first visit to Moshi. Inspired by their visit, volunteers set the goal of supporting Gideon, a local student who grew up in an orphanage there. With their support, Gideon was able to start a business and launch a computer academy to prepare other children from the orphanage for college and future careers. ➡️ 2023: Expanding our reach Appfire Town partnered with the Nyumbani Nala Association to amplify its impact. Together, they supported individuals and local organizations in Moshi: 🎓 Gideon: Completed his computer academy studies and established a hostel. 🏡 Margaret, a local mother: Received assistance with rent and tuition fees. 🧱 Eva (Seed of Kindness Foundation): Received aid to purchase land for a Child Development Center. 🦽 Ely (MOSKISA Foundation): Secured a new sports practice field and facilities funding. ➡️ 2024: Appfire Town and Moshi Volunteers returned to Moshi to support the completion of initiatives there. 📖🏀 Completion of ongoing projects: Children will be enrolled in the development center and youth will have access to the new sports field. 🤍 Increased volunteer presence: Appfire Town volunteers plan to visit Moshi frequently. This commitment to Moshi exemplifies the power of community collaboration in creating lasting change. THANK YOU TO OUR 2024 VOLUNTEERS!

It's almost time, y'all. The Appfire team is gearing up for the cornerstone event of the Atlassian calendar, and the excitement is building. Our Channel organization will be in Las Vegas at full force, and ready to talk about our solutions, showcase our programs and tools, and author new growth plans hand-in-hand with our #partners. Every industry in which I've operated has a handful of events that everyone circles on the calendar every year... team'24 is that event for us, and we're absolutely fired up to see our awesome partners and customers in the flesh. LFG.
