👋🏽 Meet Esther, a vital part of our Recruiting team who serves as a Program Manager supporting Enablement. In this role, she creates learning experiences, resources, and systems to support recruiters, candidate support advisors, and talent scouts, making everyday processes more effective. ⚙️ In addition to her day-to-day work, she also serves on the board of the Autodesk Latinx Network as a co-lead for Communications and Recruiting. 👥 Outside of work, Esther enjoys baking cakes with a self-proclaimed "charmingly homemade" aesthetic. 🎂 She also enjoys jogging, especially alongside her dog Sylvie, a Lab-Poodle-Cocker Spaniel mix, who brings joy and keeps her active. 🐶🏃🏻♀️ When asked what she loves about #AutodeskLife, Esther shared: "I really appreciate the flexibility we’re given to take care of ourselves—whether that’s through wellness reimbursement, mental health resources, and a culture that respects boundaries and balance. Just wrapped a week on the east coast talking about everything from housing to factories to reshoring opportunities. In Boston, I joined Bloomberg to share how Autodesk is helping digitize the housing ecosystem through technology and ensuring that local and smaller manufacturers can compete by bringing factories closer to home. It’ll take time, but broad digitization is the future. I also caught up with HubSpot to understand how they’re enabling teams to take advantage of AI across marketing, sales, and customer support. z-emotion is transforming digital innovation in fashion design and manufacturing. The fashion industry is facing disruption due to the rise of fast fashion, concerns about sustainable manufacturing, and the growing influence of social media on consumer shopping behaviors. z-emotion is tackling these challenges using #3Ddesign and simulation tools, commonly used for visual effects and animations in games and films, for use in fashion design, production, promotion, and merchandising. Rob Bryant, Jr combined the flowing form of the betta fish and the reminiscent style of fashion, fabrics, and draping to create a 3d knitted fish. He used #AutodeskMaya and #AutodeskArnold to render and finalize the project, creating its detailed design. #MakeAnything
