    AI is everywhere. But most marketers still don’t know how to sell it. I’ve worked with dozens of SaaS teams this year. Everyone’s struggling to turn “we have AI” into a compelling message that drives pipeline. Not because they’re bad at messaging — because the space is moving too damn fast to keep up. The good news? Between what I’m seeing, hearing, and just read in G2’s Buyer Behavior Report, clear patterns are emerging. If you market or sell AI, here’s where to focus right now: 𝟭. “𝗡𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜” 𝘄𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁. 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲. -88% of daily AI users say they’ll pay more — but only if the value is obvious. -Don’t talk about what your AI does. Show what your buyer will achieve. 𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖-𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗲𝗿. -Tell your CEO: power is shifting downstream. -Department leads and end-user champions now drive more decisions than CFOs -Give them content that wows and differentiates and you’ll win their budget 𝟯. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗢𝗜, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁. -Tell real stories before throwing out ROI calculators -Then do the math WITH them. Don’t expect them to buy your “34x ROI.” -*Show* your product works and customers are raving fans Clarify your AI POV, lead with outcomes, and simplify your story.
