When employees are left to manage overwhelming medical bills on their own, they may not realize how they carry the physical and mental stress of that debt into their work life, and into all aspects of their personal lives. As we round the corner on #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, our latest blog post examines the relationship between financial stress and mental wellbeing, and aims to demonstrate what we at Gravie have known for a long time—that healthy employees lead to healthy bottom lines.

According to W.H.O, 1 in 2 adults is living with a #musculoskeletal condition, the same number as those with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases combined. Meanwhile, the annual costs of treating these ailments - together with lost wages related to them - totals upwards of $210B.
