With a track record that speaks volumes, Paulo is joining us from Remote.com, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the product engineering team from 25 to a whopping 200 members. His knack for nurturing teams, especially in the realm of successful scale-ups, has left an indelible mark on the start-up world. Before his time at Remote.com, Paulo honed his leadership skills as Director Of Engineering at Seera Group and Onfido. He's also contributed to the tech community as an author and technical reviewer for several publications. He authored Elixir Cookbook and co-authored Microservices in Action.
