#TBT to when we turned up the beat to turn out the vote! 👀 "Movement Labs self-describes as a team of data junkies, mobilization organizers, technology nerds and political agitators who are passionate about doing the most good they can." We're continuing to innovate, incubating creative tactics to mobilize, persuade and turnout voters. And of course - because we're obsessed - we're rigorously studying the impact of our programs. So we can see what works, and scale. 👉 Read more about how we keep the movement moving: https://ow.ly/BvnK50W4g7E

We're excited to be featured in the Political Tech Landscape Report from Higher Ground Labs out today - showcasing how rigorous testing can drive large-scale, measurable change → https://lnkd.in/dZzjYzXN At Movement Labs, we believe data and experimentation are powerful tools for democracy and winning elections. That’s why we ran 70 randomized controlled trials in 2024. We're glad to see our work featured here on rapid in-field persuasion testing that ultimately reached 16 million voters ahead of the election.

Told 1,500 people to run for office tonight!
Tonight, over 1,000 people joined Sen. Bernie Sanders, Run for Something, National Democratic Training Committee, and Contest Every Race to say, "We're ready to run!" Half of local races go uncontested, allowing MAGA extremists to win by default. We're working every day to change that, and we need your help to build a stronger, more resilient democracy from the bottom up! Thanks to Faiz Shakir for organizing and hosting, and head to contesteveryrace.com for more info about our work!

We're excited to announce Nathan Ramia as our new Managing Director! Nathan joins at a critical moment as Movement Labs continues to grow—innovating and testing tactics and technology to ensure Democrats win and authoritarianism is defeated at the ballot box in 2026 and beyond. He brings deep experience in civic tech, product strategy, and operations, with past leadership roles at murmuration, Deck, and BlueLabs. Nathan also served as a U.S. Army Officer. Welcome to the team, Nathan!
tl;dr: I’m starting a new role as the Managing Director at Movement Labs. LFG. I swore an oath to defend the Constitution back in 2007. I’m no longer in uniform, but I choose to remain bound by that oath. This administration is the greatest threat to that Constitution since the Confederacy. Trump is moving on all fronts to eliminate any checks on his power, either destroying institutions or forcing them to bend the knee. If we come out of this presidency with the Constitution intact, it will be because a movement rose up to stop him. That’s why I’m joining Movement Labs. Movement Labs tests new tactics and scales the ones that are proven to work. They don’t claim victory on vibes – they incorporate randomized-controlled trials into everything they do. They don’t do what everyone else is doing, 5% better – they’re willing to fail in order to find crazy new ideas that just might work. They fight fire with fire. And they help Democrats Contest Every Race. My first day on the job is Monday. I’m posting this today because on Monday, I won’t have time. There’s too much work to do. If you want to learn more about how you can fund or commission programs to power the movement, reach out.
