Le 3 et 4 avril derniers avait lieu la 31ème édition du salon Go Entrepreneurs. Et cette année encore, l’évènement a été un franc succès avec près de 47 000 participant(e)s ! Un grand merci pour votre présence. C’était un plaisir de vous voir en si grand nombre sur notre stand et d’échanger avec vous autour de vos besoins et de vos projets entrepreneuriaux. Nous avons également été ravis d’animer des conférences sur des thématiques clés pour tout entrepreneur(e) : 🎤 Alexandre Prot a pris la parole sur la Main Stage, mettant en lumière notre évolution vers une position de leader européen. 🌟 Deux conférences très suivies dédiées aux démarches de création d'entreprise, menées avec brio par Romain Goueffon et Antoine Ducrocq. 🚀 Deux ateliers axés sur la facturation électronique, thème crucial pour Qonto, superbement orchestrés par Charlotte Paperon, Aurélie Fon et Antoine Ducrocq ! What percentage of SMEs do you think are trying to cut their carbon emissions? 🤔 When it comes to progress on environmental sustainability among Europe’s small businesses, the glass appears half full. That’s one of the findings of our latest barometer study of SMEs in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. Just over half (52%) of the 2,000 business leaders we surveyed said they’re actively trying to reduce their companies’ carbon footprints. But that means just under half are not, at least not yet. That’s a sign that, collectively, Europe’s SMEs can still improve on the good work already under way to achieve eco-conscious business growth. The same can be said of social equity, in particular gender parity in business leadership positions: our study’s random sample of 2,000 CEOs, CFOs and finance directors of SMEs returned just 29% of female respondents.

Are European SMEs right to be optimistic about the coming year? 2023 might have started in economic uncertainty, but for SMEs in Europe it exceeded expectations, according to our latest survey. The survey analyzes opinions from 2,000 SME decision makers across France, Spain, Italy, and Germany, to understand what impacted their 2023 performance and uncover their plans for next year. This research aims to gauge the business climate for SMEs, which represent 99% of all businesses in the EU, employ over two-thirds of the EU workforce and are, according to the European Commission, “the backbone of the European economy”. At Qonto, we celebrated the 27th European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (EWPD) with a series of impactful initiatives: 👉 Virtual reality sessions on disability inclusion Qontoers stepped into the shoes of a person with a disability, through virtual reality sessions, developing essential skills and gaining a deeper understanding of disability inclusion. 👉 Conference with Paralympic Champion Florence Alix-Gravellier The team was inspired by a talk given by Paralympic champion Florence Alix-Gravellier, who shared insights on resilience, inclusion, and overcoming challenges. 👉 #DuoDay (DuoDay FR) participation with three dynamic duos We continued our commitment to DuoDay, with three new duos; pairing one Qontoer with one person with a disability, to foster collaboration and inclusivity.
