Based on their number of locations, public schools are the largest fast-food chain in the United States. (Isn't that crazy to think??) Which means... they generate A LOT of #foodwaste. The important thing to know is that the solutions for reducing that waste are not rocket science—pretty basic things like share tables, using milk dispensers instead of cartons, scheduling meals after recess, actually giving kids enough time to eat, and more can do wonders.
