Approaching the end of our first full year together as an employee-owned company, I often reflect on this special time leading Stahl through so many exciting developments. This uniquely rewarding experience has been the most meaningful of my career so far, and I look forward to starting another year with our team!

By 2030, the entire Baby Boomer generation—one of the largest generational cohorts in the country’s history—will be at or beyond retirement age. We believe the succession crisis can be solved when small businesses become employee-owned.
