About the Role

As an Ad Ops Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of digital advertising campaigns across our managed service and self-serve platforms. You’ll work closely with Sales, Account Management, and external partners to ensure campaigns are launched on time, run smoothly, and deliver strong performance.

This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to learn the ins and outs of digital media operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience using internal and external media platforms, while building a foundation in campaign trafficking, optimization, and reporting.

 

Your daily impact as an Ad Ops Analyst

  • Set up and traffic digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct QA on creative assets, tags, and campaign setups to ensure accuracy.
  • Pull and analyze reports to track delivery and performance against KPIs.
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to provide campaign updates and insights.
  • Manage inventory forecasts, costs, and margins, leveraging SQL queries to ensure accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that impact campaign delivery and performance.
  • Support the team in testing new tools, workflows, and automation opportunities.

Your Experience & Expertise

  • 1-2 years of experience in Ad Operations, digital media, or a related role
  • Comfortable working with data and proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Exposure to SQL or interest in learning.
  • Experience with a social media advertising platform is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and Massachusetts, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $70,000 - $78,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
