Job Summary: You are a connector who collaborates with different teams to understand how to build a framework that continuously tracks performance in key areas, identifies sources of cost and inefficiencies, and acts as a consultant to different operational teams for driving improvements. Having the energy to gather feedback from multiple teams across Rackspace (program management, customer success, supply chain, automation, marketing, sales, finance), and demonstrating an ability to dig deep into operations’ challenges will be the hallmarks of what defines the ideal candidate.  Having a practical and pragmatic approach to developing data driven insights, sizing opportunities to identify the most impact and experience in best-in-class operational practices will be required to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data visualization skills, Tableau
• Extensive experience leading and performing complex data analysis using various data analytics tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel, R, Python, SQL,)
• Ability to efficiently analyze large volumes of data, draw insights, and present recommendations of results
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives
• Enthusiastic self-learner, and curious
• Strong storyteller; exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects
• Exceptional attention to detail and an avid team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, work cooperatively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Undergrad in an STEAM program
• 1-3 years of experience in Analytics positions
• Python
• BI Tools, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker
• SQL
• Excel
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
