VetsEZ is seeking a Data Analyst to support the modernization of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) clinical contact centers under the VA Health Connect program. This role involves developing reports, dashboards, and conducting data analysis to support operational decisions and drive service improvements for Veterans across phone, video, and chat platforms.
The candidate must reside within the continental US.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and segment healthcare and call center data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, quality, and compliance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity through validation and cleaning processes.
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports for leadership and operational support teams.
- Support quality assurance efforts and evaluate workflow or tool changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and project managers.
- Maintain data documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Identify and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational and client data standards.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, healthcare/call center analytics, or process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in team-based, fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional Qualifications:
- Exposure to Agile environments and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Experience in consulting or professional services.
- Familiarity with dashboard development and database management.
- Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance.
