As a Data Ingestion Contractor, you will be responsible for managing the data ingestion and export process with various systems and education customers. The role will involve a high degree of project management, an understanding of Student Information Systems, and customer service, often in collaboration with other departments. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead loading processes from diverse Student Information System (SIS) platforms into Abl systems, designing and implementing data ingestion workflows using APIs, scripts, or other relevant tools
• Seamlessly integrate data from various sources into our systems
• Export Abl Master Scheduler data back to SIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and adherence to SIS standards throughout the process
• Maintain a seamless flow of information between our systems and external platforms
• Manage end-to-end data integration projects, encompassing scoping, planning, execution, and delivery, defining project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion

Skills necessary:

• Student Information System (SIS) platform knowledge and integration expertise
• Experience in Student Information System(SIS) operations
• Experience in data ingestion/export from/to SIS platforms
• Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Background in education or educational technology  

Additional Requirement:

Availability for approximately 10-20 hours per week.
