Reddit is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help us understand the value of our paid marketing efforts around the world. While Reddit has experienced very strong organic growth throughout its history, as we expand into new markets, marketing is a key growth lever. This role will work with Reddit’s consumer marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and user behavior that will improve marketing decision making. This role is responsible for making sure marketing spend data is accessible and accurate for data analysis, analyzing the value of customers acquired through marketing channels, and influencing marketing decisions through scenario development and modeling. This role will play a pivotal role in helping execute our global growth strategy leveraging paid media channels.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain marketing data accessibility
• Develop dashboards to analyze marketing spend performance
• Analyze the behavior of customers acquired through paid marketing channels 
• Develop lifetime value models to estimate the value of users acquired through paid marketing 
• Conduct in-depth post-campaign analysis to help the team understand performance and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product and finance to model, analyze and influence the impact of multiple scenarios

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting focused on consumer product usage patterns
• Understanding of the core Reddit experience and passion for Reddit
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and statistics
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and partners to 
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Intellectually curious with demonstrated ability of performing thorough data analysis
• Proficient using SQL & Python
• Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau/Looker/Mode a plus
