We are a fast-growing African technology company made up of over 350 team members globally. All with a bias for boldness, and a passion for simple, progressive solutions.

You’ll have the opportunity to partner with senior leaders from across the business to drive critical decisions based on insights from data. You’ll also be able to build innovative data products that create value for our customers through delightful experiences. You’ll create a data culture, filled with hypotheses, experimentation and learning.

  • Lead the implementation and roll-out of key projects and data products
  • Strategic insight delivery, narratives development and impactful communication
  • Be a thought leader within the business and set the bar for data quality

DS&A team capability development

  • Manage and support DS&A leads embedded across all areas of the business (including Commercial, Product, Operations, People and Finance)
  • Develop ways of working effectively for the DS&A practice area, both within embedded and centralised teams
  • Mentor, grow and develop the team
  • Recruit and onboard top performers and setting them up for success
  • Continuously improve the way that the team works

  • Working knowledge of a modern data stack - including tools like Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Redshift, BigQuery and Looker
