The Team: We have an exciting role in our Forecasting & Analytics (F&A) team within Revenue Operations (RevOps) which is a hot-topic area within growth businesses that have direct and sales-assisted motions. Via data, our team drives all aspects of optimizing revenue across all channels, from acquisition to conversion, encompassing the sales pipeline dynamics.

The Role: We are looking for a hands-on rockstar who has a demonstrated track record of excellence in high performance, high growth companies. We are looking for someone who not only has analytical skills but also sharp business acumen; comfortable with devising and explaining key metrics and assumptions at all levels, up to senior leadership.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Develop and implement a GTM analytics strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of analysts responsible for market and customer analytics; preparing materials for RevOps weekly, monthly reviews to monitor progress against goals (OKRs) and evaluate variances.
  • Collaborate with RevOps colleagues and partner teams to establish justifiable lead-generation and sales targets including quota setting.
  • Work cross-functionally with data scientists, marketing and sales to produce E2E funnel insights, from top-of-funnel leads to bottom-of-funnel sales-assisted motions, using top-down and bottom-up approaches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer journey phases and related revenue metrics.
  • Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze ad-hoc problems with very fast turnarounds.
  • Work in close partnership across a range of stakeholders and partner closely with our Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Enablement, Compensation, and Finance teams
  • Work closely with data scientists to specify, evaluate and collaborate on a range of supporting models, such as sales pipeline, LTV predictions, causal analysis, etc.
  • Work in a highly collaborative fashion.

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to distill complex data analysis into clear and actionable insights
  • Understanding of the overall GTM strategies and ability to think holistically about how data and analytics can support GTM efforts.
  • Familiarity with various data sources and technologies, for example: salesforce, Marketo, ad-platforms, data-warehouse, data-pipeline etc.
  • Experience in using Machine learning to understand and predict customer behavior
  • An inquisitive attitude wherein your relish digging into data problems, anomalies and other puzzles and are not fazed by fluid datasets
  • Strategic thinking combined with a “roll up the sleeves” doer attitude

Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $160,000 -$175,500/year in Denver & most remote locations, and $188,000 - $206,000/year for San Francisco & New York.
