Impact you will make: 

  • Manage technical integrations with programmatic partners, including troubleshooting integration escalations, reporting discrepancies, and monitoring
  • Assist with technical integrations from start to finish, including technical evaluations of potential new partners, onboarding & setup, testing, monitoring, and handoff
  • Understand and evaluate partner needs and work closely with Product and Engineering teams to implement feature changes & bug fixes
  • Design, build, and maintain internal tools and write ad-hoc scripts to increase operational efficiency of the Integrations team
  • Write basic to moderately complex SQL queries to gather data for analysis and investigation
  • Become a subject matter expert on Chartboost partner integrations for both internal and external stakeholders, communicating efficiently and effectively within both engineering and business contexts
  • Gain a strong understanding of Chartboost’s platform, mobile ad tech, programmatic buying, and the unique challenges and opportunities each present
  • Contribute to technical documentation for partners and internal users
  • Communicate best practices to mitigate future project issues

Who you are:

  • 1-2+ years solutions and/or sales engineering experience, preferably within the programmatic digital advertising space
  • Experience troubleshooting basic web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, HTTP, DNS, etc.)
  • Experience reading, writing, and debugging code in Python
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL/MySQL
  • Understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and commands
  • Strong organization skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • You have a combination of excellent technical, product and business skills
  • Experience communicating technical information to non-technical people
  • You love learning, love helping others, and understand the value of sharing knowledge and documentation
  • You are a self-starter, willing to drive initiatives and command results with meticulous attention to detail
  • BS in Computer Science or a related technology field 

The following experience would be a plus:

  • Working with AWS S3, Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with programmatic ad tech specifications (OpenRTB, VAST, MRAID, etc.)

This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $132,000 per year.  For applicants based in Colorado at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $99,000 per year. For applicants based in New York City and New Jersey at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $121,000 per year. 

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 and $123,500 per year.  However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.   Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays per calendar year, unlimited discretionary time off, and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year.  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
