What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with office locations in SF, Chicago, and NYC . This role can be based anywhere in the U.S as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time.)

 

Role Responsibilities: 

As a Platform Partnerships Lead on the Vouch partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing key strategic relationships with both new and existing partners across the country. You will work with strategic platform partners to surface and develop partnership opportunities across GTM activation and product led partnership experiences, including embedded insurance. This will be a key position to the long-term success of Vouch, and you’ll play a central role in deepening our most important channel relationships.

 

Job Duties:

  • Relationship management with key national partners across multiple regions
  • Build and develop net new partnerships that are aligned with Vouch’s offerings
  • Bring Vouch’s embedded insurance partner API and product offerings to both existing and new partner channels 
  • Orchestrate continuous improvement of individual partnerships with internal/external colleagues through GTM activation strategies 
  • Perform monthly/quarterly business reporting and review with external partners
  • Work closely with partnership counterparts on marketing, sales, and event activities to drive penetration with target partners
  • Develop in-depth analysis of partnership opportunities in new markets/sectors
  • Represent Vouch at key industry events locally and nationally

 

About You:

  • 6+ years experience in partnerships, business development, and / or product management 
  • Background in managing relationships across multiple stakeholders 
  • Proficiency in understanding integration mechanisms, including APIs and referral links
  • Experience working with product, marketing, and sales teams to drive product adoption
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to in time explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Dependable, positive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
  • Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
  • Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations 

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in rolling out API’s with external partners
  • A background in insurance or other regulated categories 
  • Relationships with potential partners in key markets
  • Analytical bent, SQL/Snowflake for data insights
  • Ability to make presentation decks

Salary Range: 

The pay range for this role is: $145,000 to $180,000 per year, including on target variable pay. 

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of our total compensation package that also includes benefits and other perks. We also include stock options in all compensation packages and believe all Vouch employees should have the opportunity to become owners in the company.

Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and business need. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
