The Reporting Analyst reports into the Director of Revenue Operations and will be solely focused on reporting & dashboard projects supporting the Sales organization. The goal is to create, document and organize a clear plan of action for all of the reporting needs by Sales Leadership.

Where You Come In:

    • You will create the vision for Local Sales reporting, communicates vision broadly while attaining alignment from stakeholders on direction of the vision.
    • You will manage the Revenue Operations reporting requests from inception to completion; including scoping, prioritization, cross functional execution, and communications.
    • You will work collaboratively with other reporting stakeholders like BIDI (Business Intelligence & Data Integration), Business Operations, and Revenue Operations Analysts to deliver reporting products that service vision.
    • You will partner with Sales leaders and external stakeholders to determine where reporting gaps lie
    • You will take inventory of all current reporting available to Sales; determines which are valuable, which need updating and which need to be removed. 
    • You will develop supporting documentation & policy around reporting
    • You will partner with Revenue Operations Project Managers to communicate status updates related to reporting initiatives.
    • You will coordinate reporting rollouts with Enablement and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
    • You will provide regular reporting on adoption metrics and effectiveness or Sales satisfaction.

What it Takes to Succeed

    • You have a vision for change, critical thinking, problem solving and creative approach to achieving operational excellence
    • You exhibit intermediate Salesforce skills (reporting skills + SFDC Data loader) 
    • You have working knowledge of SQL and/or Tableau
    • You have superior written and verbal communication skills – succinct and action-oriented in nature
    • You have demonstrated ability to meet strict project and task deadlines 
    • You have customer service attitude towards internal stakeholders –  transparent, flexible, patient, courteous, accountable, professional
    • You are able to communicate well across departments and develop meaningful relationships with stakeholders
    • You have 5+ Years Revenue Operations and/or Customer Success Experience or the similar industry experience required

    • Compensation range is $62,000-$129,000 annually. You may also be offered Restricted Stock Units and benefits.
