We have an exciting role in our Forecasting & Analytics (F&A) team within Revenue Operations (RevOps) which is a hot-topic area within growth businesses that have direct and sales-assisted motions. Via data, our team drives all aspects of optimizing revenue across all channels, from acquisition to conversion, encompassing the sales pipeline dynamics.

The Team:

We are dedicated to embracing modern DataOps methodologies, such as Agile, model testing and related data disciplines. We are committed to providing a self-serve environment whereby our stakeholders are equipped via a range of data products (e.g. dashboards, SQL models) to find answers “at the speed of thought”.

The Role:

The role includes owning and building out a set of core data products for the Chief Revenue Officer downwards with a heavy focus on outstanding dashboard design.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical/numerical skills who can build effective, usable, well-designed dashboards whilst helping to curate a set of underlying SQL models.

We offer a highly collegiate environment aimed at self-starters who proactively solve problems with minimal guidance from management.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Define KPIs, develop automated dashboards, reports, and models to help teams make faster better decisions.
  • Develop and maintain revenue-related metrics and dashboards in Tableau, in addition to ad hoc analysis to help drive revenue business decisions
  • Take a vague revenue operations question, find the evidence needed to answer it and work either solo or cross-functionally to develop data products that deliver the answers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer journey phases and related revenue metrics.
  • Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze ad-hoc problems with very fast turnarounds.
  • Become expert on key internal and external data sources and curate revenue-specific datasets following a DataOps approach.
  • Create end-to-end, robust analytic products that form the core of our RevOps data intelligence, working closely with key stakeholders in acquisition and sales.
  • Deliver and drive insights, helping to support data-driven revenue optimization
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization to identify opportunities to improve data quality and related DataOps practices

Here’s what we're looking for:

  • A passion for driving insights out of information to drive change in the organization
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
  • 8-10 years work experience in a high growth revenue-focussed environment
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Intermediate/Advanced SQL proficiency (Redshift and DBT preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with other teams across the organization
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • A solid grasp of common statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression)

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $115,500 - $138,000/year in Denver & most remote locations, and $149,000 - $167,000/year for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
