As a Senior Consultant of Martech at Mammoth Growth, you will be expected to lead consulting projects with our high growth and fast paced clients, bring fresh ideas and direct the digital marketing strategy that drives growth for our clients. We do our work in a modern data stack environment, working with the best tools in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture client relationships to understand clients’ goals and objectives for project execution
  • Act as the project liaison between the client team and the Mammoth team translating and outlining the tasks to the internal Mammoth team that need to be executed to accomplish goals 
  • Create, build and develop client deliverables ranging from clients presentations, data taxonomies, implementation plans, data visualizations, etc
  • Lead, coach and mentor Mammoth team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Apply subject matter expertise of the MarTech landscape to strategically drive growth for the client
  • Communicate effectively and provide account updates to senior leadership at Mammoth

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years in a consulting, technical or cross-functional leadership role; focusing on marketing, data analytics, engineering, product development
  • Experience across digital/commerce technologies and platforms; digital marketing, web solutions, enterprise portals, content and cloud 
  • Experience in a modern data stack utilizing SQL and data visualization tools
  • Experience mentoring and coaching others
  • Experience managing senior-level client relationships
  • Experience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Previous experience supporting pre-sales, proposals, and RFPs
  • Proven track record of consistently attaining managed revenue targets as well as achieving quarterly or yearly sales objectives for new business

Nice to Haves:

  • Previous professional services or consulting experience
  • Experience applying data driven decision making to marketing and growth functions
  • Experience using or designing marketing attribution systems
  • Experience with two or three sided marketplace businesses
