On the Buyer Trust team, we believe that buyers want to be able to trust independent merchants. Shop Promise helps merchants build this trust by showing potential buyers a guaranteed and branded delivery estimate across the buyer journey. Now that Shop Promise has been launched, we are looking for a strong leader to take the Buyer Trust Data Science team to the next phase in their journey. You’re joining a team in the early stages of building a product that has the potential to be transformational for merchants across the globe.
You will be:
Leading a team of super-talented data scientists
Guiding the short-term and long-term data science strategy for the Buyer Trust team
Providing technical leadership to our data science team as they analyze data, run experiments, create models, and build data products
Joining a cross-discipline product leadership team and contributing to the strategic decisions that guide the team’s roadmap
In partnership with product managers, engineers, and designers, building product experiences that enable Shop Promise to scale across our merchant base
