From r/askreddit to r/politics, or r/memes to r/parenting; these passionate communities and their moderators are what make Reddit tick.

The Moderators Experience team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead our Data Science efforts on better serving our Moderators. You will use data to uncover insights around Moderator needs and partner with our Product & Engineering team to build tools that better suit their workflows so they can do what they do best: help our communities thrive.

You will also have access to one of the coolest data sets in the world: Reddit’s.

  • Define data-driven KPIs and OKRs to ensure improvements in moderator happiness and efficiency
  • Proactively socialize & communicate insights, dashboards, and reports with technical & non-technical audiences to make meaningful recommendations and changes to the product roadmap
