What are we looking for in a Sr. Product Analyst?

Our Countrywide Insurance Product Management Team is building the future of our insurance product. Our team consists of predictive modeling and insurance professionals working collaboratively with stakeholders across Clearcover. We’re looking for a seasoned insurance professional to drive analytics that inform our overall product strategy. 

What will you do as a Sr. Product Analyst?

  • Conduct analyses that inform Clearcover’s countrywide product strategy, including but not limited to work related to pricing position, competitor research, and risk segmentation

  • Collaborate with the predictive modeling arm of the Countrywide Product Team on approaches to rating plan enhancements, including the development of filing support and documentation

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive adoption and socialization of countrywide initiatives

  • Translate complex analytics in a consumable and compelling manner, presenting these concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What will you bring as a Sr. Product Analyst?

  • 2+ years of experience in a business consulting, product management, or strategic/analytical role

  • Experience in Property and Casualty is required

  • Fluent in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Proficient in SQL, with a demonstrated ability to self-service their own data needs

  • Proficiency in R or Python is a plus

  • Basic understanding of data science and modeling techniques

  • High-level familiarity with the Agile framework

  • Excellent communicator and willingness to challenge the status quo

  • Alignment with Clearcover core values
