We are seeking a highly capable Staff Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. Reporting to the VP, Growth & Pricing Strategy. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Owning and executing cross-functional projects to drive growth, optimize operations, and improve profitability.
  • Tackling unstructured business problems by developing clear hypotheses and actionable frameworks.
  • Preparing and presenting compelling narratives and recommendations for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Mentoring junior analysts and acting as a thought partner for business leaders.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred
  • 5-7 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or business operations at a high-growth company
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, strong SQL proficiency, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity and break down complex challenges effectively
