Overview

 

Recharge is scaling its product analytic capability to drive the business growth with new product lines, special growth initiatives, and scalable revenue analytics infrastructure.  The candidate will closely partner with product managers, engineers, revenue operation, and senior executives responsible for defining and building impact-driving metrics and dashboard to drive expected business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Live by and champion our values: #day-one, #ownership, #empathy, #humility.

  • Lead the metrics and dashboard development life cycle effort for product efficacy analysis including user behavior analytics and AB testing analytics.  Experience in Segment, Amplitude, and other common user behavior analytics SaaS is a plus.

  • Participate in Product Development Life Cycle and provide data instrumentation requirements to engineering

  • Exercise influence on decision making via data driven analysis that speaks to business partners and Recharges senior leadership team.

  • Define and establish Product Analytics best practices 

  • Apply analysis techniques conducting in-depth analysis to find insights on various business circumstances and scenarios.  

  • Regularly host data talk, demo, and discussion advocating for data driven culture. 

  • Establish and maintain holistic data linkage and flows artifacts driving data quality and usability across Recharge 

 

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years combined experience as analyst and data engineer

  • 5+ years working in the Ecommerce industry with commanding knowledge of user experience journey tracking and behavior analytic. Experience in Segment, Amplitude, and other common user behavior analytics SaaS is a plus.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of interconnected systems with business context related to their past, present, and future work. The working knowledge of Salesforce and financial and invoice systems integration is preferable.

  • Expert in SQL and dimensional data modeling technique and fluent in Looker model, dashboard, and explore development

  • Demonstrate a moderate level of expertise in Python, data engineering, and basic scripting

  • Passionate, curious about data and energized in solving challenging, x-functional dependency business problems breaking down organizational silos.

  • Expert in articulating thoughts, solutions, and questions to influence the direction of the decision based on data

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
