Key Responsibilities

• Build examples and blogposts showing how to solve common problems using Snorkel Flow and complementary toolsExplore new avenues for growth, building and harnessing communities in novel spaces (such as Quora, Kaggle, newsletters, and more).
• Engage in conversations on GitHub, Slack, and in user community meetups and industry and academic conferences, roadshows, boot camps, hackathons, lectures, and other channels.
• Own the execution of Snorkel’s User Conference and other community eventsDevelop programs, frameworks, and resources that aid all Snorkelers to participate actively in the community.
• Develop programs to engage Snorkel customers’ participation in the broader community.
• Listen and document DS or MLE needs, problems, and success factors.
• Act as a key resource for data scientists and MLEs and facilitate the adoption of Snorkel Flow.
• Provide strategic recommendations to engineering, product, research, and marketing teams to help prioritize company direction and product roadmap.
• Participate in product development, so that you’re in touch with our product, our market, and our communities.
• Program manage, analyze, and report progress on various evangelism initiatives

Requirements

• Be able to tackle data science problems with the Python software stack.
• Have extensive experience in writing professional blog posts with code-level examples.
• Be able to creatively and expertly engage the audience in large public forums.
• Fix the occasional bug report.
• Listen and convey user empathy.
• Successfully organize and cultivate large community events.
• Experience running a successful blog.
• A successful career as a data scientist or machine learning engineer a plus
