The GivePower Analyst will support the reporting for the entire organization, which includes a combination of financial, operational, and production data. This role reports into USA Business Intelligence but will support stakeholders globally. This will involve strong coordination with teams in Haiti, Colombia, Kenya, USA, and new markets as developed.  

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Develop multi-source datasets to support report building
    • Creation of derivative columns and measures in PowerBI using SQL/M/DAX
    • Support data pipeline engineering with testing and data validation for new sources
    • Build PowerBI reports to support stakeholders throughout the organization
    • Interface directly with stakeholders on ad-hoc and support
    • Document and interpret request from stakeholders and leadership
    • Transition Excel-based reporting into PowerBI wherever possible
    • Design and partner with other analysts on report building

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    • 2 years of relevant work experience in an analytical role
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently in an unstructured, fast-changing environment.
    • Ability to comfortably handle ambiguity and make decisions
    • Effective problem solving and analysis skills, combined with strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, M, DAX, Excel
    • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Time spent working in developing markets and businesses a plus
    • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to comfortably interact with senior management
Compensation: $80-$86k
