You’ll have the opportunity to develop customer-ready communications, participate in customer working sessions, and collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team to help ensure that we’re providing our customers with the best possible products to meet their needs!

A Day in the Life

• Perform in-depth data analysis to understand each customer’s unique business needs and identify opportunities to provide additional insights / perspective
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers, troubleshoot customer-facing issues, and test new product features and/or fixes
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers, including quickly responding to customer questions, monitoring user adoption, and participating in customer calls
• Build credibility and relationships with customers
• Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials (Engineering, Economics, or Business preferred)
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel a must, SQL preferred)
