Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing data analysis and solutions to help optimize our business and solve problems as they arise
  • Measure the impact and efficiency of new or adjusted processes and procedures while identifying new ways to create value to the business and working closely with other Spin teams 
  • Assist in reporting business performance and create content for distribution to the leadership team
  • Be a hard-working multitasker, supporting teams in multiple locations and react quickly when the business requires solutions to fire drills

 

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar 
  • Excellent communication skills: collaborate effectively across internal and remote cross-functional teams
  • Analytical background: experience interpreting data to drive action and results
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and we need to do them well
  • Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will increase efficiency in this role
  • Strong Excel / data management and Powerpoint skills
  • Knowledge of SQL required; Python and R is a plus
