About the Working Families Party
The Working Families Party (WFP) is the progressive party for the multiracial working class, fighting for a nation that works for the many, not the few. We recruit, train, and support transformational candidates up and down the ballot — and run them to win.
We believe that no matter where we come from or what our color, most of us want the same things. We want to earn enough to thrive, not just survive, and leave a better future for our kids. We want healthy food and clean water, safe neighborhoods and a safe world. We want to be free.
The Working Families Party is regular people coming together across our differences to make a better future for us all. We’re a multiracial party that fights for workers over bosses and people over the powerful. We want an America which realizes the promise – unrealized in our history – of freedom and equality for all.
Working Families Party is seeking an Analytics Director to increase WFP’s organizational power, capacity, and effectiveness with analytics. WFP works with thousands of candidates, thousands of activists/volunteers, campaign and grassroots organization staff, and reaches millions of voters annually generating an impressive volume of data about working-class and progressive voters and activists.
With this role, we’re looking for a senior leader who has management experience and is capable of building out this body of work in a cutting-edge manner. The Analytics Director will work across departments supporting organizers to use tools (ActionNetwork, EveryAction, Mobilize, Strive, Votivate, VAN, Scale to Win, etc) to help us broaden our working-class base and win more elections, but also generate analytics that support HR, Development, Digital, polling and other teams and departments to be more effective.
A strong candidate will have successful previous Data Lead/Director experience from a national organization with a comparable size staff, a strong technical background, familiarity with CRMs and digital tools used in progressive campaigning, and experience analyzing data to provide concrete recommendations.
