Leader Bank is looking for exceptionally dedicated team members to join one of the region’s fastest growing community banks and mortgage lenders. Since then, the Bank has become one of the most successful banks in Massachusetts with $4 billion in assets, more than 400 team members, 7 branch offices, and annual mortgage originations of over $5 billion.

Responsibilities

Interviewing internal stakeholders and users
Translating problems into technical requirements
Run acceptance testing
Prioritize and manage a product roadmap
Analyze data to identify new opportunities to extract business value
Run training sessions for internal users on new features
Maintain product documentation, including the publishing of release notes

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in related area of study
Technical background
Understanding of data stacks/processes, and the software development cycle
Familiarity with reading technical documentation
Passion for building things and/or data
