As an Analyst at Big Health, you will develop a definitive knowledge of product and go-to-market data that allows you to answer big-picture questions about our digital therapeutics products and sales strategies. Your work will help ensure the efficacy of our products, enable the sales team to deliver them to populations that need them, inform decisions all the way up to the executive level, and keep us ahead of the curve by identifying the metrics that matter.

This post will be full-time and based in the United States.

What you'll do:

    • Build data models for product and commercial data by writing performant, modularized SQL queries using dbt
    • Ensure data quality by employing software engineering practices like version control, code review, and automated testing
    • Use BI tools to build and maintain dashboards for every company function
    • Devise, document, and implement processes and policies for the management and maintenance of data warehouse
    • Perform, document, and present in-depth, ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders on the product and commercial teams

What you bring:

    • Strong SQL skills and experience data modeling with data build tool (dbt) in a modern data stack
    • Experience analyzing very large datasets in Python/R or similar
    • Experience building reports and dashboards to inform data-driven decisions by business leaders, evaluate experiments, and track progress towards goals
    • Strong communication skills that enable you to effectively partner with product and commercial teams to understand their data needs and present findings in impactful waysA track record of using data to deliver actionable insights
