We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our HQ and North America operations. You will be working with colleagues -- often remote market managers, cross-functional teams (data, finance, CX, and others), and executive management to provide the ground truth, conduct analyses, and make data-driven decisions. With your proven skills as a multitasker, you will use your analytical skills with confidence to make sure you know and understand our business needs and ensure success for our global business.

What You'll Do

    • Work closely with our regional and central teams to ensure they meet their goals by providing the right data and tools as well as data-driven analysis
    • Strategize how to best deliver information to operating teams to better enable decision making
    • Conduct analyses to tackle the most crucial business problems facing the company, answering questions with data-driven answers
    • Continuously assess where we can improve existing planning and reporting processes with more scalable solutions to better support our local operations 
    • Assist with cross-functional, global projects to evaluate strategic initiatives and new business opportunities
    • Be a team player, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions

About You

    • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business intelligence, strategy and operations, analytics, start-up or other fast-paced environment
    • A strong bias for using data to support decision making and establish priorities / strategies; ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights for a range of stakeholders
    • Ability to execute analysis start to end with assistance from managers and input from stakeholders
    • A self starter with a bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity and change
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to build consensus across stakeholders
    • Strong attention to detail while keeping strategic priorities top of mind
    • Exceptional Excel / Google Sheets / data management skills
    • SQL experience a plus
    • Bachelor’s Degree
