About the Position:

Assist in data administration, modeling, and integration activities in data warehouse systems. This position will work with the Business Operations team and employees throughout Ease to determine requirements around our analytics needs. Data will be collected from multiple systems, stored in our data warehouse, and will then be made accessible through our reporting solution Tableau.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our ETL solution to develop processes to import and combine data for consumption by Analyst
  • Perform ad-hoc data requests as need from a number of different systems
  • Collaboration with Business Operations team on integrations with Salesforce
  • Assist in development of company dashboards
  • Evaluate new technologies for the Customer Success and support teams

 

Experience/Skills Desired:

  • One to three years of working with an ETL tool and developing data maps
  • Redshift database is a plus along with understanding Salesforce data model and query language
  • Proficient in Tableau or usage of a similar reporting tool and how to design quality outputs
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, writing well defined user stories and documentation
  • Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database management
  • Demonstrated project management, business analysis, and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and managers
  • Experience working in customer success, or equivalent understanding of key customer success principles

Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
