We are looking for a passionate marketing analytics professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that consumers are at the heart of our decision making & strategy; that we understand how to engage with them and what is important to them. 
We are looking for someone who is curious about performance, who has a talent for interpreting data, discovering useful insights to improve campaign performance. 

This is a fully remote position

Responsibilities

- Own campaign analytics tracking & reporting; Track, structure & analyze campaign data 
- Apply various statistical approaches & visualization tools to turn data to actions
- Drive performance improvements using data from multiple sources ex. Google analytics, ads, Facebook manager
- Present data as part of a commercial proposition that attracts, engages & excites internal stakeholders
- Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on research objectives
- Work closely with colleagues across Performance 
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure flawless & timely execution
- Timely reporting & sharing of campaign performance reports 

Requirements 

- 3+  years of experience in campaign analytics 
- Demonstrable knowledge of offline & online  advertising media channels 
- Knowledge of marketing principles, with an ability to articulate how brand and performance marketing should work together
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively both internally & externally with key teams & agencies 

Expectations
6 months - Manage & execute flawlessly all consumer research projects 
12 months - Identify, develop & evolve the department’s consumer centricity agenda
Long term -  Manager role
