Truera Customer Data Scientists do this every day as they engage with data scientists at Truera’s prospects and customers to help them improve the quality of their machine learning models in ground-breaking ways. In this hands-on role, Truera Customer Data Scientists are responsible for ensuring Truera’s value is effectively demonstrated to our prospects and realized by our customers.
Responsibilities
- Own all technical aspects of the pre-sales process including delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical questions, responding to RFPs, and executing product proof of concepts
- Support the post-sales technical needs of existing customers including assisting with product deployments, providing best practice guidance, and delivering user trainings
- Work closely with the Truera product management and engineering teams to align customer requirements to future versions and products
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building and implementing machine learning models
- Experience with scripting (Python/R)
- Excellent organizational, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to wear multiple hats with a “do whatever it takes” attitude
- Masters degree or higher preferred in the area of data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent experience
